01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Proplytics (the “app”, “service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

02The service

Proplytics is a personal record-keeping and analytics tool for traders who use proprietary trading firms. It lets you log fees, resets, activations and payouts, and calculates metrics such as your true net profit/loss and return on investment from the data you enter.

Proplytics does not connect to, place trades with, or hold funds on behalf of any prop firm or broker. It is a calculator and ledger for information you provide.

03Not financial advice

04Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Proplytics.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

05Subscriptions

Proplytics offers a subscription priced at $4.99 per month or $44.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at purchase).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.

06Cancellation & refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We don't process payments directly and therefore can't issue refunds ourselves, but we're happy to help you with the process.

07Data accuracy

Proplytics' outputs are only as accurate as the entries you provide. You're responsible for logging your fees, payouts and other data correctly. We're not liable for decisions made on the basis of incomplete or incorrect data you entered.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or its security;
• Access the service through automated means in a way that disrupts it;
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

09Intellectual property

The Proplytics app, its name, brand, design and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own record-keeping. The data you enter remains yours.

10Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We don't warrant that the app will be error-free or that calculations will meet every requirement.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proplytics and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

12Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, the licence granted to you ends.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Proplytics after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
